• Delivery and setup services
• Collection services after events
• Styling consultation services

Booking and Payment

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Removalaspine. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due before delivery or on the delivery date
• Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and other agreed methods
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms apply as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date: No refund

Rental Period and Responsibilities

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the collection date as specified in your booking confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

During the rental period, you are responsible for:

• Using the rented items in a reasonable and careful manner
• Protecting items from damage, theft, or loss
• Ensuring items are not exposed to weather conditions unless specifically designed for outdoor use
• Returning items in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear
• Providing safe and accessible delivery and collection locations

Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be based on:

• Cost of repair for damaged items
• Replacement value for lost or stolen items
• Loss of rental income if items cannot be rented due to damage

Delivery and Collection

Delivery

We will deliver items to the address specified in your booking. You must:

• Ensure someone is available to receive delivery
• Provide clear access to the delivery location
• Inform us of any access restrictions or special requirements

Collection

Items will be collected on the agreed collection date. You must:

• Ensure items are ready for collection at the agreed time
• Provide clear access to the collection location
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during collection

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Removalaspine's liability is limited to the rental value of the items
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• Our liability does not extend to personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Removalaspine and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
